Good morning all ! 7.25am on Wednesday morning here in the UK !
I am just about to head to work. When I get home just after 4pm I have to do L3D4 of 30DS. Then I will have to try and have something light to eat because at 7.45pm I have my very first Boot Camp
I have no idea what to expect .... other than lots and lots of exercise ! I know that if the weather is nice then sometimes the instructor takes us outside .... but this is the UK so there's no guarantee lol ! However, she has said that there are lots of 'lovely' hills so I'm kind of praying for lots and lots of rain lmao !
