Hey everyone, I just wanted to bring to everyone's attention how important it is to rest a day or two during the week from exercise. I was talking to my personal trainer today about how my joints felt weird. I told her I was doing the 30ds on the days I wasnt working out with her. He told me that I need to take at least 1-2 days of rest for my body to recover. She said to me, "Its better to have 5 awesome workouts than 7 mediocre workouts due to being tired. Hello Guys i think that Rest during weight exercising is most commonly neglected, as many people miss the down time between places. The concepts rest for weight exercising are similar to those of heart exercising. Higher durability efforts require more rest between places than lower durability, and the remaining is specific to the goals of the workout.Thanks a lot!!
