Subject: Not sure what to do Thu Sep 22, 2011 4:12 pm
Aunt flow has been awful to me. She leaves me with only enough energy to do 30DS and even then I'm forcing myself. I did attempt to do the bushman on Tuesday but just couldn't finish it in the time I had and evenings are horrible to do anything other than walk as a family.
So I don't know what to do. I know when Aunti leaves I'll be able to get more into it and have more energy. Especially when 30DS is through.
So I wanted to see what you (Rachel) and the group thought. You decide. Either replace me or see how I feel come tomorrow and Saturday.

No, I don't think you should be replaced. We only have 8 days left, you know? As long as you still want to be in it, then I think you should stay. That's my opinion anyway. Do you want to stay?

I did it!! I did 2 days in one and 200 extra crunches (power 90 ab ripper 200)!!! Oh and I did 30DS too!!!
