| The Fit for Life groups were started by Sneha Bhagwat on Facebook as a way to help, motivate and support people with their fitness and weightloss journeys. Little did we know that her 'little' group would soon grow to 6 groups !
This Fit for Life forum was started by Krystal Davidson as a way to bring the entire FFL family together ..... so that new friendships can be made.
Tracey and Krystal are the admins for the FFL3 FB group and we hope that you will enjoy this forum as much as you enjoy the FB group !
While we are here to provide motivation, support and friendship ..... we are also here to have some fun (and believe me .... we all need fun in our lives !!)
