Hi /wave, welcome to forum for Fit For Life group 2. Stephanie and April are your admins.

Fit For Life was started by MFP member Sneha Bhagwat as a facebook group to help motivate and support people on their journey to a healthy and sustainable weight while also offering accountability. FFL quickly grew to 6 groups with over 350 members, in order to consolidate information and bring the entire FFL family together in one place admin Krystal Davidson started the forums.

We are here to help you however we can through listening, commiserating, offering advice, sharing tips, or even a push off the couch. Together we can do this and become healthier, fitter, thinner, and dare I say more confident individuals.
