I have had a very busy day today ! Got up early and done L2D10 of 30DS - I was done by 8.40am ! Then I had a shower and we walked up into town to get some stuff for people's birthdays etc, and I had my eyebrows threaded .... ouch
Then we came home and I decided to decorate the hallway - which was great because I burned loads of calories
Finally this evening we went out for curry with some friends which was really nice. I was a bit worried what to have and I had kept most of my calories from throughout the day. In the end I decided to have a Tandoori Mix which came with salad and sauce. It was lovely .... a chicken leg and thigh tandoori style, some chunks of tandoori chicken breast, and some lamb and steak tikka. The great thing was that the sauce came on the side so I only had a tablespoon of it. BUT .... I did have to have the garlic naan bread and it was deeee-licious (and huge lol)
I didn't know how to work out the calories so I just put in 1000 for the lot - but as I have 1100 calories left for the day I'm not too bothered if it was more than that !
I am now having a glass of wine
