Good Morning everyone ! It's 8.30am Sunday morning here in the UK and I am just about to start Level 3 of 30DS ......
I have another busy day ahead, after my workout we will have to go do some food shopping, then I need to do another coat of paint in the hallway and stair and also gloss the woodwork .... hopefully I will burn some more calories
After that, I have the ironing to do and tidying up the living room because at the moment all of the coats and shoes that are usually in the hallway are just in a heap in the living room !!
I am also very tired today, had a late night last night and was still awake at stupid o'clock this morning .... I hate when that happens, just for once I would like to be able to sleep past 7.30am
Anyway, better get to it and get my 30DS done !
