| I finished 30DS on Tuesday .... first time doing it and most of it was done doing the beginner stuff with Anita. But, I managed to complete it in 30 Days ..... no break ! These are my results ..... with pics (which will hopefully work !!): Starting Weight : 209.8lbs End Weight : 201.2lbs Total Loss : 8.6lbs Measurements: Bust - lost 2 inches Waist - lost 3 inches Hips - lost 2.5 inches Butt - lost 2 inches I also lost inches from my thighs, calves and upper arms Total Inches Lost : 14.75"     | |
