I know many of you are doing 30DS and there are a few runners in the group, but what does everyone do to get moving?

Myself I zumba on monday and friday nights, tuesday and thursday I do the treadmill/eliptical at the neighboorhood work out room with the husband how many nights we go depends on how paniced he is about his upcoming weigh in. Weekday mornings I try something different off of exercise tv, belly dancing/core sculpting/10 minute abs depending on how long and how insane they are I'll do 2 or 3. I also do a resistanfce band upper body workout most mornings.

Right now its 30DS and whatever else I can fit in. But I'm about to go super strict on myself and lay it out day by day! I need a schedule!

I work out with a personal trainer.
I have 1 hour training with him every 2 weeks. Inbetween he sends me workouts to do "on demand": I tell him when I am likely to go to the gym, and he emails me what to do then.
I try to get in 2 to 3 workouts per week, plus go swimming once a week, and during summer I went rollerblading during weekend whenever I had time and the weather was fine. This won't be possible soon anymore :-(
I'm not fixed on days or classes, nor on a number of sessions. I plan around my life: more busy = less workout; more time= more workout. And I try to not have gym sessions 2 days in a row.
