Michelle Skeldon I am WAY excited about this. The only thing I know I won't be able to contribute a whole lot to is the point for % of weight loss. I don't have a lot I want to lose. I definitely don't want to lose any muscle and where I'm at, I'd be happy with just .5-1 lb of fat lost each week. Hopefully though I can kick butt in all the other challenges!
